- What is Erenay AI?
- A general-purpose no-code business platform: you build it without writing code. Tables, screens, workflows, reports and documents are created without a single line. You tell the AI, or you build it yourself from the interface.
- Can I use it as an individual?
- Yes — and this is not a company product cut down to size. A consultant, lawyer, architect, trainer or freelancer starts with the same system. Your clients, your work, your calendar and your collections sit in one place; you do not scatter across Excel, notes and messages. You do not need to know how to code, hire a team, or have an IT department. It is built only as far as you describe. If someone joins you tomorrow, the software does not change — only the depth does.
- What is it for?
- There is no ready-made list of purposes. Customers, quotes, orders, stock, invoices, ledgers, calendar, field work, reports — whatever you need to track is what gets built. It is general-purpose: the system is the work.
- Am I buying a packaged CRM or ERP?
- No. There is no package and no template. The system starts empty and only the tables, screens and flows that match your work get built. Modules you will never use do not sit on your screen.
- What makes this different from other systems?
- You can set it up three ways: the assistant inside the product, your own AI app, or the interface. You choose which model to use. Erenay gives that AI eyes on the system — a bad structure is turned away before it is built, what does get built is tested, and the last word stays with you.
- Is there a package for my industry?
- No. A manufacturer, a clinic, a logistics firm and an agency do not wear the same package. Each business gets a system built from the work it describes; they do not have to look the same.
- Do I keep CRM, stock and invoices in separate programs?
- No. From customer to order, order to shipment and invoice, records live in one system and stay linked. When one changes, the related places change too; nobody copy-pastes in between.
Three paths
- What are the three ways to set it up?
- One: open Erenay and tell the assistant inside it. Two: connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok once and have it build from there. Three: build it yourself from the interface, with no AI at all. All three produce the same system; you can switch paths later.
- Which AI does it use?
- Yours, not ours. Claude, ChatGPT or Grok — the account and the key stay with you. Erenay is not tied to a single provider.
- Can I change the AI model later?
- Yes. Changing the model does not change the system you built. Tables, screens and flows stay put; only the AI you talk to changes.
- Does the in-app assistant build the same thing as my own AI app?
- Yes. Both use the same tools, pass the same review and write to the same system. It does not matter which one you start with; you can switch later.
- Do I have to use AI?
- No. AI is an accelerator, not a requirement. Tables, fields, screens, PDFs, dashboards and workflows can all be built by hand from the interface — without a line of code.
- Can I limit which operations the AI is allowed to touch?
- Yes. You decide which operations the system is open to. The account and the key stay with you; the AI cannot reach what you have not granted.
Review
- What if the AI builds the wrong thing?
- It does not get built. Erenay reads the proposed structure against the schema first: a link that would lose data is refused and the right one is suggested. It then runs the workflow it built and reports the result.
- Who stays in control?
- You do. The AI is fast; the last word is yours. Bulk changes ask for extra approval. Who did what, and when, is recorded; an operation can be undone in one command.
- If I do not approve, does the change still happen?
- No. Anything that changes data or structure is put to you first. A step you do not approve is not applied.
- What exactly does the AI do?
- More than ninety defined operations: opening tables and fields, linking records and formulas, drawing workflows and screens, producing reports, granting permissions, reading data from documents. Say “turn an approved quote into an invoice” and that flow is built and runs. Every operation is logged and reversible.
- Does the AI learn from my data or send it elsewhere?
- Your data stays in your own database and is never handed to anyone else. The AI you connect only touches the operations you open to it; the account and the key stay yours.
Setup
- Who builds it — you or me?
- We stand up the first system together: we listen to how you work and get a working first version live. After that you either reach us for support, or you make the updates yourself from the interface or from the AI.
- Do I need to code or learn a new product?
- No. You do not memorise menus or hunt for settings. You add a field from a form, arrange a screen from a list, and connect an automation by drawing it on a canvas.
- What happens when a new need comes up?
- Two paths. You reach us and we make the update together. Or you update it yourself from the interface or from the AI — the assistant inside the product or your own app. You do not need to buy new software.
- Will I depend on a consultant?
- No. If you want support, you reach us. If you do not, you make the update yourself from the interface or from the AI — you do not have to wait on us.
- Is it hard to change what was already built?
- No. You reach us for support, or you change it yourself from the interface or from the AI. Changing it is as easy as building it.
- How long does setup take?
- It depends on the scale of the work. A first working piece for a small team stands up quickly; a multi-module rollout moves in stages. Start with a piece that works and add as needs come up.
Data and after
- Where does my data live?
- In your own database. It is never handed to anyone else.
- Can I import the Excel I already have?
- Yes. You upload Excel and CSV files; columns are mapped and duplicates are not created.
- How many people can use it?
- No limit. The same system from a one-person practice to a factory; everyone connects with their own permissions. Depth changes. The software does not.
- How is pricing set?
- You do not pick a package. The price follows the scale of the work. We listen to what you will track and how many people will use it, then settle the model together.
- How do I get updates?
- You always run the latest version. Updates arrive on their own; you have a system that keeps improving and developing itself. There is no update or maintenance agreement.
- Will I be locked into this system?
- You are not locked to an AI provider: you change the model and the system stays. The data lives in your database.
